The Nature’s Way CRM and Marketing Automation Associate will drive relationship marketing efforts for Nature’s Way, shaping the strategy and tactics used by various brand teams within the organization. He/she will be responsible for partnering closely with marketing business owners to ensure we have ongoing, engaged relationships with our customers through the use of smart, technology-based marketing programs. This individual must be aware of current trends in CRM and automated marketing – helping the organization take full advantage of marketing programs that utilize email, SMS, push/web push, and other automated tactics to propel a customer through an engaging journey with our brand(s).
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Required: Undergraduate college degree in marketing, business, IS or a related field. Strong knowledge of and experience in CRM, marketing automation and relevant work in channels such as email and web. Must have worked within and be comfortable using marketing automation software. Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills. Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across various departments within the organization to build engaging, meaningful marketing tactics that ultimately drive sales.
Preferred: CRM experience with CPG/consumer retail a plus. Marketo experience/certification a plus.
