The Graphic Designer will be a highly motivated individual that can lead Nature’s Way in ensuring each brand has a consistent brand voice, tone, and style across all touchpoints. She/He must be a proven professional who is willing to roll up their sleeves to not only come up with great designs that convey the brand and ideas but can also provide input on the design aspect of modern and engaging websites. In this position, the Graphic Designer must be able to listen, prioritize, and translate marketing goals and creative briefs into strategic brand concepts, voice, and messages.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
BA degree, Graphic Design preferred
Preferred 4-6 years of professional experience within packaging/consumer products industry
Experience and in-depth knowledge of color management, pre-press and print production
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Mac platform), proficient in Microsoft Office
Detail oriented, organized, reliable and a resourceful professional
