The Behavior Shopper Insights Associate Manager will have a strong understanding of the consumer/shopper journey. In this role, you will uncover deep insights about shopper attitudes and behaviors, generating win-win opportunities between Nature’s Way, our brands, and our key channels. By continually digging deeper and exploring new insight approaches, the Behavioral Shopper Insights Associate Manager has the opportunity to bring the shopper’s voice to Marketing, Shopper Marketing, and Sales strategy initiatives.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- BA/BS degree required in statistics, marketing, or business. Advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years insights / strategy / research / analytics experience preferred
- Strong analytical background across a variety of methods (e.g., shop-alongs, ethnographic research, virtual shopping, quantitative research, CDT, discrete choice, modeling, pricing, syndicated data)
- Proven leadership skills including initiative, communication, creativity, bias towards action, and success even in the face of ambiguity
