$70,000-$100,000
DUTIES:
Lead activities that result in the development and commercialization of ADDITIVES for use in POLYETHYLENE resins
EXPERIENCE:
7-12 years of experience in the POLYMER industry. Experience in the area of RESIN design, formulation, and manufacturing is a MUST. Experience in POLYMER application development and customer support is a plus.
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE: Able to communicate with research chemists, customers (converters, resin companies), marketing and sales teams, and application development teams.
-History of issued patents
-Understanding of the relationship between various resin production processes, catalyst systems, and their impact on processing performance
-Understanding and experience in the film market-technical needs, processing equipment, resin relationship to processing and physical properties
-Able to to support customers with technical advice and hands-on activity
-Understanding of intellectual property
-Knowledge of market trends
-Work well in team environment
