Education Coordinator for Society of Decorative Painters, a non-profit international organization with over 20,000 members world-wide supporting and serving as a resource for decorative painting. The society publishes a magazine, has a certification program and hosts a convention.
Responsible for direction of education related programs. Serve as primary contact for teachers, students, conference attendees and staff. Act as liaison to Teacher’s Committee, catalog submissions and handle correspondence. Register members and mail materials for regular, conference and on-line classes. Schedule classes and assign classrooms for conference. Over see Teacher Development Program. Execution of time-sensitive details is critical including overall planning, logistics and layout. Excellent people and computer skills needed. Maintain education related data base.
