The job of the Maintenance position is done for the purpose/s of maintaining building and grounds, landscaping, and restaurant equipment; identifying repair/replacement needs necessary to maintain equipment and systems; and ensuring adequate materials are available to complete assignments in a timely manner.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
SKILLS are required to perform multiple, technical, tasks and also include general labor tasks such as painting, landscaping, etc. Able to work independently and maintain a positive relationship with Operators/Supervisors. A clean and professional appearance, motivated and has a good attitude, current drivers license and good driving record that is insurable.
KNOWLEDGE is required to read technical information, and solve practical problems. Specific knowledge required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job includes; safety practices and procedures. Has knowledge of plumbing, electricity, electrical, and control systems.
ABILITY Specific abilities required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include: adapting to changing work priorities; meeting deadlines and schedules; setting priorities; working as part of a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Include working under limited supervision following standardized practices and/or methods; leading, guiding, and/or coordinating others; and tracking budget expenditures. Utilization of significant resources from other work units is required to perform the jobs functions. There is a continual opportunity to significant impact.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The usual and customary methods of performing the jobs functions require the following physical demands: significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; frequent climbing and balancing; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and significant fine finger dexterity. The job is performed under some temperature extremes and some hazardous conditions.

- 0-5 Years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Computer Literate
- Good, Insurable Driving Record
- Optional: Associates Degree or equivalent from a Technical/Trade School with a degree/certificate in Heating, Ventilation, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning
- Electricians licenses.
- Valid Missouri State Drivers License
- Optional: Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Certification EPA Certification
General Work Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm, with 1 hour of unpaid lunch break; 50% discount while on the clock for employee meal only. May need to report for on call or overtime when required.
