• Experience with Retail Construction- Mixed use, Big Box, or Light industrial
• Experience with $500k-$5 MM in Project Size
• Travel will be regional for Jobs- but mostly Sarasota Market
• 8-15 years of experience at the Superintendent level
• Expert at Budgeting for the job- project Costing Expert, Managing labor and project costs
• Retail Build out Experience
• Relocation Benefit
