- The Senior Project Manager must have a 4-year degree with at least 3 years of PM experience, or 6 years of experience of field experience and progressive career in construction.
- The Senior Project Manager will must have a combination of commercial and residential (senior housing, K-12, Commercial) experience.
- The Senior Project Manager must have experience with projects ranging in the $30 - $40 million range. No less than $3 million and no more than $100 million.
ProLog experience is a plus as well as experience with scheduling software (either P3 or Surtrack).
- The preferred candidate will have a strong desire to move into a Project Executive position in the near future.
