Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated lean manufacturing and production supervisors/managers who are looking for a career track into Operations Leadership. You will be a hands on manager, working on improving delivery, quality, safety and cost through employee development and lean methodologies. The ideal candidate will have graduated from an operations or supply chain rotational program and have 3+ years of experience in a high volume manufacturing setting. Qualifications:
- Strong track record of leadership and employee coaching within a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated use of lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement and positive change
- Experience at all levels of the strategic planning and execution process
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet goals
Education:
BS in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or Masters preferred
