Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident Benefits executive to lead the benefits team in the areas of retirement plans, pension, Stock/Purchase/Options, Healthcare etc... Our client has a large unionized workforce which has grown largely through multiple acquisitions. Experience negotiating benefits and assisting the labor relations leaders with contract negotiations in the area of benefits and retirement plans is crucial. Strong compliance experience is a must.
Qualifications:
Strong executive presentation skills, CCP, CCB preferred
Experience:
10+ years
Education:
BS Degree, prefer Masters
