Job Summary:
Global Headquarters opportunity with this multi-national manufacturer. Will be responsible for the business units of Supply Chain, IT and Procurement. Will be involved in an advisory role for all aspects of HR as it applies to business strategies. Will manage upstream through 7 VP's both domestic and European. Applications would be compensation, policies and procedures, training, legal, staffing etc.
Prefer Undergraduate degree + 7 years or more experience in a global corporate setting. Or preferred MS + 5 years global corporate level experience. Cross cultural experience highly preferred ie. Foreign language skills, International work assignments, internships. Global corporate HR management development rotational program would be of real interest.
