The Health Unit Clerk/C.N.A. assures that resident`s clinical records
are maintained as hard copies and in the Accu-Med data entry according to established
facility policies and procedures. Assures adequate equipment and supplies are provided for
resident needs. Performs clerical duties, and at times will need to function in the role of
a C.N.A. as well as van driving when needed for physician visits.
Job Description: Essential Functions:

Is responsible for checking and
receiving incoming freight with minimal receiving errors.
returns with materials management. Stocks supply areas, keeping storage areas neat, clean
and in compliance. Monitors recall lists for supplies we utilize.

Prepares and prints end of
the month data in a timely manner.
Provides clerical and technical support for
the nursing department.
Consistently demonstrates ability to prioritize and
organize assigned duties as evidenced by documentation and feedback.
Education - High School Diploma/GED Equivalent in General Studies
Experience - 1+ years of Clerical ExperiencePhysical Requirements:
Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
