Job Description:
Candidate shall hold a valid FAA Airframe & Powerplants License (A&P) certificate with an Inspection Authorization (IA)
• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as an A&P Mechanic in helicopter and fixed wing aircraft maintenance, perferably the Bell 412, Cessna 182, AVSTAR, Cessna 208 Caravan, and/or MD530FF aircraft. Will be expected to perform all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft to include all time and calendar inspections. Must be able to interface with the customer in a courteous and professional manner. May be required to perform duties as an aircraft crew chief requiring deployments for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision, demonstrate initiative and determine work methods to accomplish assignments.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain in force a valid driver’s license and obtain a DOD and/or DOJ Top Secrect Security clearance. Subject to frequent travel/deployments with short notice. Must pass a background investigation and drug test.
