Duties:
Responsible for developing, maintaining and executing a win strategy throughout the capture/proposal process. Leads a team of experts in the development and execution of the complete proposal process.
Requires an individual with a solution-oriented, high-energy business and proposal savvy experience to perform hand-on leadership of a team in preparation of business proposals to defense, civilian, law-enforcement and intelligence agencies of the federal government. Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) from an accredited four (4) year college or university in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field AND ten (10) years of specialty experience of technical administrative experience managing and coordinating the preparation of significant federal contract proposals in answer to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
