Job Description:
The qualified applicant must have minimum of five (5) years recent avionics maintenance experience in both fixed and rotary wing military/civilian aircraft.
Duties to be performed include but not limited to: Must be capable of properly installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing aircraft avionics and electrical systems including radar, communications, navaids, lighting and instrumentation.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
Possess analytical ability, read and interpret schematics/wiring diagrams, have a positive attitude, be a self-starter, work well with others and have the physical ability to lift and handle heavy material. Must have basic typing skills and computer knowledge.
Position may require periodic CONUS/OCONUS travel, shift-work in addition to scheduled and unscheduled overtime and weekend/holiday work. Must be able to obtain an interim secret security clearance and successfully complete pre-employment drug screen and background checks. King Air 200 / C-12 Experience or 350 experience is preferred.
