Precious Realty & Mortgage LLC seeks a Real Estate Inventory Manager.   Job duties are to oversee company supply chain pipelines relating to real estate transactions. Propose marketing strategies for each deal to enhance the supply chain of real estate inventory to meet seasonal demands. Must have Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related, plus 6 months experience analyzing real estate inventory levels using Power BI and Tableau to oversee property listings, maintain accurate property databases, and conduct market analysis for expanding real estate portfolios.
