Position Goal:
Performance of all approved laboratory procedures in assigned areas of licensure. Position requires the exercise of independent judgement under minimum or moderate degree of supervision. Work customarily involves any testing which may require a high degree of theoretical knowledge and technical expertise in licensed area(s). Supervises all personnel on that shift and problem solves.
If Applicable:
Coordinates the Histology Trainee's training with the Pathologists toward meeting the requirements of this State of Florida approved program.
Qualifications
2 Year Associates
4-Year Bachelors preferred
3-5 years Histology experience
State License w/supervisor
