Novelis Corporation. seeks a  Process Engineer Leader in Bay Minette, Alabama to Promote EHS policy, ensure that EHS Standards are met within the functional role, establishing, and implementing policies and practices required to provide safe equipment, a safe working environment and safe work practices. Requires Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field or foreign equivalent and 2 years of experience as a Process Engineer or related Occupation. Full term of experience must include collecting and analyzing equipment vibrations; Working and reviewing signal processing, field data collection, data analysis and troubleshooting; Using continuous process lines including metal rolling and the paper industry; Designing equipment in industrial fields with skills in CAD and FEM; Utilizing material analysis, finite element analysis, fluid Mechanics, Computational Fluid Dynamics, and Big Data Modelling. 20-30% Domestic travel required to plants.
