Duties:
Work with cross-divisional teams to review, manage, and optimize platform automations, customizations, security, and integrations; partner with product and technical teams to evaluate, scope, design, prioritize, and complete new platform development requests in support of organizational strategic priorities; assess the impact of new requirements on the existing platform as well as all upstream and downstream applications, systems, integrations, and processes; design, develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, and integrations; design and develop intuitive UI; create testing and implementation plans, assist with creation of end-user training documentation; work with other technical resources to build redundancy of knowledge and skills within cross-divisional Salesforce product and technical teams; and use Agile methodologies with automation, UI design, security, which includes SSO, testing, and integrations to help drive platform optimization and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus two (2) years of experience in Salesforce Developer or related role developing software in Salesforce (will accept pre-degree experience). Specific skills/other requirements - Experience must include (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): Understanding Salesforce best practices and Salesforce functionality, including with Salesforce Experience Cloud; Connected apps in Salesforce; Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL; Salesforce-compatible IDEs (with Salesforce extensions) (e.g., Salesforce CLI); APIs and building integrations with Salesforce.com; Salesforce Certifications: Platform App Builder, Platform Developer 1, and Salesforce Admin; Nonprofit Success Pack and nonprofit processes; and Agile methodologies and DevOps/release management.

Salary: $120,820.00 to $130,810.00/yr.
