Commercial Construction Supervisor / Project Manager

Location: Eastern Iowa
Compensation: Base wage+ bonus + full benefits package

A local and growing, well established and highly respected elite contractor in need of a Commercial Production Supervisor to serve the upper Midwest, primarily in Eastern Iowa. The right fit candidate will possess previous construction management experience and partnering with multiple sub-contractors.

What we need from you:

• 2+ years of broad and in-depth knowledge and experience in commercial construction projects Construction administrative experience (preferred)
• Experience in managing multiple crews in multiple construction trades.
• Proven successful experience with management of multiple projects and being customer service focused.
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to travel up to 5 days per week during busy season (significantly less during off-season)
• Ability and willingness to set and climb ladders
• Strong work ethic and desire to achieve individual and team goals
