OUTSTANDING OPPORTUNITY FOR EXPERIENCED SOFTWARE MANAGER AND DEVELOPER This position is located in Syracuse NY and will be an on-site position post-pandemic MUST HAVE: College degree in technical discipline plus 7+ years` experience in an IT Software Management capacity Fantastic communication skills and an ability to mentor and manage an IT development team Software design and architecture experience Familiarity with Linux OS helpful Experience with Oracle databases helpful Strong project management skills Enthusiasm and a forward-thinking mindset SALARY IS COMPETITIVE FOR CENTRAL NY Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident to apply. QUALIFICATIONS College degree in technical field 7+ years` experience combined software development and team management Experience with Oracle databases, Oracle Forms, and Linux OR other relational database such as MS SQL Server, other event-driven client-server UI builder (MS .NET Windows apps, Power Builder, etc), with an aptitude for being able to get around Linux.
