The company is a family equity firm focused on the lower middle market. They target family run business and have long term projected exits. This role will allow you to work hand-in-hand with all portfolio companies from start to finish. You will create digital strategies from scratch for companies in industries that have historically been "behind the times". You will be bringing innovation to companies where their definnition of "being digital" meant having a semi-functional website.You have to be comfortbale pivoting from "in the weeds" to highly strategic.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The VP of Digital Growth will help portfolio companies systematize and scale revenue generation through digital channels. This player-coach will provide strategic advice to management teams and take ownership of executing transformational projects through hands-on support and oversight of team members and third-party service providers.

Analyze performance across all stages of the marketing funnel and develop a digital value creation roadmap spanning search engine optimization, search advertising, social media marketing, display advertising, retargeting, email campaigns, conversion rate optimization and more. This individual will also contribute to the development of eCommerce business lines and other digital monetization efforts.

The VP of Digital Growth will be responsible for designing, building, and managing a high-performing team. Resources for high-ROI digital programs will be nearly unlimited if impact and returns can be quantitatively proven, so a data-driven approach to online lead generation and customer acquisition is essential.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Consulting experience from the Digital or Marketing practice of a Big 3/Big 4 firm, or firms of similar prestige with strong digital practices
  • Significant expertise in marketing analytics
  • Deep familiarity with Google Analytics platform
  • Comfortable navigating Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager and other digital ad platforms to extract needed data
  • Strong communicator
  • Entrepreneurial and resourceful
  • Team player who can collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders of varying levels of digital knowledge

Education:
University - Master`s Degree
