JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking experienced RF and microwave design engineers.
The qualified candidate will support a diverse and talented team of engineers to help translate customer specifications into cutting-edge hardware.


Basic Qualifications:

BSEE (or related discipline) with 10+ years of relevant experience in RF design
Knowledge of RF design principles and test equipment
Understanding of design/production lifecycle, including: specifications development, schematic capture, layout design, fabrication, test, and production follow
Ability to perform root cause analyses utilizing established problem solving tools and methodologies
Familiarity with RF design software, including: ADS, HFSS, Microwave Office, and Matlab
Familiarity with PCB layout software, including: Altium Designer, PADS, Xpedition
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret, Special Compartmented clearance

Preferred Qualifications

MSEE with 12+ years of relevant experience in RF design
Proficiency using modern RF test Equipment, including: Spectrum Analyzer, Vector Network Analyzer, and Signal Generator
Mastery of modern RF PCB design practices
Proven ability to select parts, assess RF performance by analysis or simulation, perform schematic and/or layout design, and manage design verification and testing
Expertise in 3D electromagnetic (EM) simulation and linear circuit analysis
Familiarity with military and industry standards and other relevant specifications
Active DoD Top Secret, Special Compartmented clearance
