Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is representing a large dairy operation located in Virginia who is searching for an experienced Feeder. Responsibilities for this position include managing feed inventory and ordering feed. Scheduling employees, running loaders and feed mixer, managing / minimizing feed shrinkage, and have basic computer skills. Position will move into a Feed Manager position within 2-3 months. QUALIFICATIONS MUST HAVE CURRENT DAIRY EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDER FOR THIS POSITION
- Feed/nutrition experience
- Previous experience working on a 2000+ cow dairy
- Operate Feed equipment
- Shrink management
- Feed Inventory and Ordering
- Basic Computer skills Education:
University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
