Provide and/ or coordinate full estimating services on large, complex work and all types of contracts. Multi-family experience preferred. Multifamily, hospitality/hotel and commercial in Utah: Salt Lake City, Ogden, Provo, Park City. QUALIFICATIONS
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Carries out all duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the companys mission statement and vision.
Review and incorporate historical data from purchase orders, subcontractors and productivity analysis reports into unit and man-hour figures.
Review proposal specifications, drawings and attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.
Provide complete conceptual (or bid work) and final estimating input on complex projects.
Provide technical support to personnel preparing discipline estimates for assigned bids.
Insure all working documents and data are maintained to back-up estimate figures.
Assist contracting department during preparation of inquiries and final evaluation of submitted bids as required.
Interface with owner, A/E and other contractors to provide engineering and cost data regarding project feasibility.
Coordinate total estimating effort relevant to particular bid/project as assigned.
Prepare estimates by calculating complete takeoff of scope of work.
Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Construction Services and/or Corporate Dictate.

Four (4) year engineering degree or equivalent combinations technical training and /or related experience. Five (5) years estimating experience in similar construction. Ability to estimate all types of projects/contracts. Experience estimating Multi-family projects is preferred.
