JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Client has an immediate opening for a Benefits Administrator. The ideal candidate will have experience in human resources, including benefits administration, LOA (leave of absence) processing and other facets of the job. Were looking for a bright, motivated individual who relishes paperwork and who thrives on meeting deadlines. Their employees rely on them to administer and manage their benefits accurately and effectively, and those responsibilities will fall on your shoulders. Benefits Administrator responsibilities and duties;

Administer benefit plans, including the medical self-insurance process, procedures, banking, and related general ledger tasks, including administrative support for Welfare Benefits Committee.

Prepare, audit and submit monthly medical, dental, W-2 reporting and life insurance and other benefit billing in a timely fashion additionally processing Partner DCAP reimbursements.

You will have the responsibility for conducting benefit orientation communications and materials for Open Enrollment and all new and re-hired partners and employees.

Manage the Firm wide health and wellness program.

Design and distribute benefit communications as necessary.

Stay up to date on all compliance matters for benefits under ACA, ERISA, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma required. Bachelors Degree in human resources, accounting, finance or other business-related fields strongly desired. At least 5+ years of benefits administration, human resources or office administration experience preferred. You are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint plus have HRIS experience with a focus on data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
