Responsibilities:
Assist businesses and organizations in meeting the need for a skilled workforce through employee and organizational development. Provide consulting, program development and coordination, assessment and evaluation services; the procurement of grant and funding assistance, liaison with local, state, and federal departments and agencies in providing education and training services to the service region.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in an associated field
- Marketing, project management experience.
- Ability to attend to detail and multi-task.
- Active listening; excellent oral, written and persuasive communication skills.
- Negotiation; leadership and collaborative skills
- Effective sales skills including the ability to build partnerships with customers.
- Competent and advanced MS Word and Excel computer skills required
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources with Training & Development minor
