Job Details:

Responsible for preparing cost estimates for construction projects; reading and interpreting pre-construction architectural blueprints, mechanical shop drawings and other technical documents or schematics issued by architects, MEP engineers, or subcontractors; and utilizing construction project management software to manage the lifecycle of construction project and costs. Job requires bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field and six (6) months of experience in the job offered or related role utilizing construction project management software. In lieu of bachelor’s degree, Employer will accept high school diploma (or equivalent) and thirty (30) months of experience in the job offered or related role utilizing construction project management software. Fluency in Spanish (read, write and speak) required. Salary $87,651 per yr.
