Through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives of company, the Sales Associate is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through the prompt and courteous attention to the needs of the customer ensuring these efforts work toward attaining the organization's overall goals and objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide courteous and professional consulting to customers in their quest for a beautiful home.
- Listen to the needs of the customer; guide them through the process of fulfilling those needs and set expectations accordingly.
- Complete all sales related paperwork neatly, accurately and completely ensuring established sales processes are followed.
- Consistently meet and/or exceed established sales goals through client retention, increasing average tickets and closing rate productivity.
- Inspect designated area on the sales floor to ensure that it is clean, organized and that all merchandise in area is tagged and displayed correctly.
