Job Details:

LC Downtown LLC f/k/a La Calle LLC seeks Food Service Manager to work in Houston, TX to supervise kitchen & dining area cleaning activities. Train workers in food preparation, & in service, sanitation, & safety procedures. Control inventories of food, equipment, smallware, & liquor, & report shortages to designated personnel. Inspect supplies, equipment, & work areas to ensure efficient service & conformance to standards. Perform personnel actions, such as hiring & firing staff, providing employee orientation, & training, & conducting supervisory activities, such as creating work schedules or organizing employee time sheets. Compile & balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift. Perform various financial activities, such as cash handling, deposit preparation, & payroll. Resolve customer complaints regarding food service.

Requires:

High school Diploma plus 6 months’ experience in the job offered or as Operation Manager or as Food & Service Manager.
