MAINTENANCE REPAIR TECHNICIAN MANAGER
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage, plan and direct total operations of maintenance
- Supervise, schedule and inspect work of trade workers; train trade workers
- Recommend new procedure or modify procedure to maximize time and equipment
- Develop long and short term planning concerning building activity and capital improvements
- Act as safety coordinator
- Quality control inventory parts
- Record documentation
- Coordinate with general contractor
- Assist with completion of work orders
Qualifications Include:
- Five years experience in building trades with emphasis in electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry
- Two years experience supervising
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid Kansas Driver’s License
- Must be able to read blueprints and schematics
- Must possess strong leadership and organizational skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions
- Familiar with building codes and OSHA requirements
A criminal background check will be required for the candidate selected for hire.
