Engineer - Electrical Reliability

Description
The Waynesboro facility is a world class manufacturing facility of nylon and Spandex fiber products.
We are currently seeking a Reliability Electrical Engineer who will be responsible for developing and implementing optimum reliability strategies for site assets.
Job Responsibilities:
The primary role of the Reliability Engineer is the responsibility to identify projects to maintain infrastructure and improve reliability strategies. This position will act in a manner consistent with the INVISTA values/principles/policies. Responsibilities generally include:
*Develop and implement optimum reliability strategies for site assets (site Root Cause Analyses - RCA, RCM)
*Integrate best maintenance technologies into predictive and preventative maintenance programs
*Provide engineering support to Maintenance and Operations (identify project needs to maintain infrastructure and improve reliability)
*Support site safety and training initiatives (participate in investigations, maintain ISO procedures and job procedures).
*Perform engineering functions as determined by expertise and experience
Qualifications:
*B.S. in Electrical Engineering required
*Strong knowledge of process areas and equipment
*Work in a team environment with operators, mechanics, and exempt professionals
*Prepare and execute design packages that will improve safety and operability of the plant.
*Ensure that appropriate environmental, health and safety protection is an integral part of the commercial life cycle of INVISTA's products.
*5 years Experience in Maintenance and Reliability Engineering is preferred
*Experience at an operations or manufacturing site is preferred
*PE License is preferred
