Maintenance Services Leader
Job Location: Wilmington, NC

Description:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for safety and health of Maintenance employees working at the Wilmington, NC site.
* Responsible for the compliance to and optimization of the Routine Maintenance Work Process. This includes interaction and collaboration with the INVISTA corporate (Tier 2) Maintenance Work Process Champion.
* Works with Planning and Scheduling Leader, Contract Administrator, and Reliability Engineering Leader to meet/exceed business expectations relative to equipment availability and maintenance effectiveness.
* Maintain open communication and positive working relationship with on-site Business Support functions such as Finance/ Accounting, and Procurement to identify cost opportunities and ensure budgets are accurately tracked.
* Provide good economic thinking and decision making regarding how to properly resource work (INVISTA resources, resident contractors, or non-resident contractors).
* Promote and use safe work practices to provide a safe work environment. This includes high level of collaboration with site safety and health leadership.
* Ensure Process Safety Management requirements are met by both INVISTA employees and contract workforce.
QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
* Experience with maintenance of industrial facilities.
* Strong economic skills of cost and benefit.
* Meeting management and facilitation skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Maintenance planning and scheduling.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS PREFERRED
* 5-10 years experience of Maintenance management experience.
* Experience working in a chemical manufacturing facility.
* Sound knowledge of commercial/legal contract language structure.
* Knowledge of Maintenance work processes
EDUCATION REQUIRED
* High School Diploma/GED
EDUCATION PREFERRED
* Associates Degree/BS Degree
