First Line Supervisor / Team Leader

Description:
The primary role of this assignment is to lead a manufacturing operations team, using efficient and safe manufacturing processes, in the manufacturing of Nylon yarn. Team size can range up to 45 non-exempt Team members.
* Knowledge of manufacturing process and operation
* Working knowledge of computer and production reporting systems
* Production supervision experience or equivalent
* Ability to meet multiple deadlines in short timeframes
* Organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, integrity and relationship management skills.
* Good analysis and problem-solving skills
* Ability to build strong business relationships with other functional areas to best support mutual objectives.
