Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor

Description:
Job Description
* Lead direct reports to maximize production availability at lowest effective cost.
* Coach, counsel, motivate, and lead direct reports to adhere to the Routine Maintenance Work Process and serve as role model for subordinates to emulate.
* Improve Equipment Reliability Work Process by serving as a key leader in the Reliability Centered Maintenance Review (RCM) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) programs as well as improve effectiveness of PPM programs in the CMMS system.
* Organize and coordinate activities in support of Daily E/I Maintenance Schedule.
* Coordinate and direct all activities associated with emergency work orders (P-1's).
* Assure 100% compliance with recording of Equipment History for SAP work orders with immediate crews.
* Key contributor toward accomplishment of 1.5% Maintenance Cost as a percent of Replacement Asset Value (RAV).
* Promote and use safe work practices to provide a safe work environment and ensure Process Safety Management requirements are met.
Experience and Skills Required:
* Proven leadership skills.
* Knowledge of Routine Maintenance Work Process, RCM's, RCA's, CMMS.
* Knowledge of Process Safety Management systems.
* Knowledge and 3-5 years experience with Electrical and Instrumentation disciplines
Prefer:
* 5-10 years experience in a chemical manufacturing facility.
* Leadership and supervision experience in Electrical or Instrumentation shop
* Knowledge of Plant Electrical and Instrumentation.
* Demonstrated understanding of Routine Maintenance Work Process, RCM's, RCA's, SAP program.
* Knowledge of Site's Quality Management Systems
Education Required:
* Associate's Degree or 5 years of equivalent Electrical and Instrumentation experience; Prefer Bachelor's Degree
