Job Summary: This is a proactive service and client relationship role which is responsible for retaining and expanding existing relationships with INTRUSTs top clients. This professional is required to provide a high level of client service and have an excellent knowledge of full-service banking products and services. This includes offering continuous service to clients, determining needs and providing solutions from across the bank. The individual in this position represents INTRUST Bank in all he or she does in the community, and is focused on the development of new relationships. Promotes and fosters teamwork across all areas of INTRUST and is focused on delivering a high level of customer service to all. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality, and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUSTs Character Qualities.

Essential Functions:
  • Proactively identifies client needs and provides appropriate banking services to meet them.
  • Serves as a point of contact for key client banking relationships.
  • Responsible for maintaining banking relationship with clients, which includes expanding existing relationships with additional products and maintaining relationships through the constant review of current products and the resolution of any issues as they arise.
  • Partners with others across the organization to ensure proper execution when assistance is required.
  • Must be able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Maintains knowledge of INTRUSTs private banking and wealth management services, including lending, deposit services and bankcard products to provide expert advice to clients.

Education and Experience: Bachelors degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with clients at a financial institution, additional private banking experience preferred.

Required Skills and Knowledge: Must be a highly motivated and dynamic individual, who is able to engage with clients to provide service at an exceptional level. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Thorough knowledge of banking and wealth management products required. Knowledge of competitor products and services to enable comparison and offer competitive solutions. Proficient in use of Microsoft applications, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint.

Required Licenses and/or Certifications: Loan Certification preferred

Physical Demands: Long periods of time will be spent viewing personal computer, sitting, standing and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. Must be able to hear and speak clearly both face-to-face and over the telephone.

Working Conditions: Normal office environment. Some travel required.
