Interactive Design Group (IDG) is looking for a talented Architectural Revit Technician/BIM Technician to join our team. IDG is a small firm that focuses on building client relationships, responsiveness, and providing a quality product. We work in a variety of market sectors, both public and private, and on a wide range of project sizes and types.
Our goal is to hire a true team player who has the ability to provide Revit modeling and drafting support for a number of projects while working with a variety of architects and designers. This person will be expected to have a working knowledge of construction documents, be able to work in an efficient and timely manner, and meet provided deadlines.
Minimum Qualification: - Minimum of 3 years of drafting/modeling experience
- Advanced knowledge of Revit
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Sketchup
- Skilled in general software and hardware troubleshooting
- Has a working knowledge of architectural drawings and construction
- Good organization, communication, and time management skills
- Able to work within a team
- No degree/certificate required, however, formal training in Revit/drafting is preferred
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft/Model various sketches, drawing sheets, mark-ups, etc. provided by others
- Draft/Model working construction documents for various projects
- Effectively communicate a project’s status with team members and coordinate any required updates and revisions
- Assist all team members in printing/binding various drawing sets and documents for presentations as well as coordinating electronic deliveries
- Assist all team members with software and hardware troubleshooting
Salary : Will vary depending on experience level
