Position: Large Load Collection Consultant


Position Overview:
A Large Load Collection Consultant is responsible to collect debt from consumers on accounts with balances over $175. This consultant works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, with a strong desire to help people. A Large Load Collection Consultant is self-motivated, yet competitive. This consultant is highly responsible and organized, allowing them to manage their business efficiently and strategically. Because the large load business has the greatest opportunity to earn commission, this role is best suited for individuals who are goal oriented, money motivated and demonstrate a strong work ethic.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 180+ manual, outbound calls per day
  • Handle incoming calls, while maintaining outbound call pace
  • Organize and manage a book of business with thousands of new accounts added monthly
  • Maintain professionalism while resolving challenging situations calmly
  • Handle paperwork to ensure proper documentation of accounts and follow up with clients
  • Strong math skills to enable setting up payment plans for consumers
  • Process payments of various types over the phone
  • Attend monthly team meetings to discuss and solve company issues
  • Handle basic medical insurance questions
  • Skip trace accounts with no phone numbers to contact the consumer
  • Communicate issues timely to Collection Leaders
  • Search for assets and additional information to track down the consumer to resolve the debt
  • Other duties, as assigned

Key Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of work experience (Work in a team environment preferred)
  • Customer service experience
  • Computer proficiency
  • Experience with social media and searching for information online
  • High school diploma
