Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Work with local universities, high schools and tech schools to provide a talent pipeline with students.
- Create internship and trainee programs
- Write Job Descriptions
- Write and place advertisements
- Attend job fairs
- Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills are essential
- 5 years recruiting experience preferred
