Primary Role: Perform Field repairs on Fiberglass swimming pools (installed and staged). Support the Warranty/Claims team in the evaluation/assessment of warranty/claims. Act as a customer liaison in the evaluation of product issues/concerns and field customer questions. Duties & Responsibilities: Support the Field Service team in the administration of customer warranty/claims, escalations, and legal suits. Assist Field Service team with pre job preparation (material gathering and planning) Assist Field Service team in the preparation of pools for repair (draining and bracing of pools, dewatering of pool shell, etc.). Assist Field Service team in completion of structural and cosmetic repairs. Assist with the documentation of field repairs ranging from project close to SDS material procedures. Assist in routine maintenance of tools and other equipment used in field repairs. Other duties as needed by Field Service leadership. Qualifications: High School diploma preferred but not required 5-year fiberglass repair experience preferred but not required Good Customer service, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and organizational skills. Ability to resolve conflict diplomatically Basic understanding of pools, equipment, and water chemistry an asset preferred but not required Frequent travel required Essential Job Functions: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Physical requirements of the position include but are not limited to prolonged standing, frequent bending/reaching/stooping, overhead work and lifting up to fifty (50) pounds. Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, hard hat, gloves, and/or protective outerwear and safety shoes are required.
