WHAT YOULL DO:

• Pick correct product and quantity utilizing pick list.
• Package product in correct staging lane as designated by Shipping Lead.
• Package product appropriately utilizing Latham Pool Products packaging standards.
• Sign pick list and turn in to Warehouse Team Lead.
• Assist in stacking product from production department to staging area.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment utilizing 5s.
• Adheres to company policies, quality assurance programs, procedures, and safety standards.
• Other assignments as assigned by Manager.

WHAT YOULL NEED:

• 3-5 years shipping and warehouse experience.
• Able to work overtime when required.
• Data entry skills with great attention to detail, basic reading, and math skills
• Must be able to do heavy lifting up to 50 pounds
• Forklift experience and ability to acquire a forklift license shortly after starting employment.
• Team player with the ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, generate reports as requested, and set and reach goals while meeting deadlines.
