Part Time Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Job Location: Cottage Grove, WI
Description:

Under the direction of the Accounting Manager, the part time Accounts Receivable Coordinator, is someone who will perform a variety of accounts receivable, leasing and fleet reporting, daily tasks, reconciliations, and general accounting functions in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Accounts Receivable

  • Accounts receivable aging reports
  • Clearing accounts receivable credits
  • Customer reports
  • Down payment processing
  • Monitor the accounts receivable email inbox
  • Daily credit card postings
  • Sending proforma and invoices to customers

Leases and Fleet Program

  • Manage funding and monthly reporting
  • Manage accounts receivable inbox (leases/loans)
  • Track default commission / reports
  • Notify sales of upcoming leases ending

Marginal Job Functions:

  • Reconciliation of assigned general ledger accounts
  • Monthly reporting, other projects and analysis as assigned
  • Update procedural documentation/SOP's
  • Other duties as assigned
.Requirements:

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED/HSED required
  • Associate degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree preferred
  • Additional consideration given for experience or certifications

Other Requirements:

  • The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company
  • An ability to prioritize and manage expectations
  • An ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail
  • Confidential, understands the ethical standards of credit and collections

Skills

  • Solid computer skills. Use of multiple programs, software, and Microsoft tools.
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong sense of initiative and a sense of urgency, demonstrated by accomplishing tasks; improving current work processes; and assisting others when necessary
  • Unwavering attention to detail and commitment to world-class quality
  • Ability to embrace deadlines
  • Able to project a positive and professional demeanor to all internal and external contacts
  • Strong organizational skills
