Come join our team of professionals to take your career to the next level. We are looking for an experienced mechanic for Hawker's and Challenger's to join our crew. Great pay, benefits, PTO vacation, PT sick leave, and 11 paid holidays. Here are some of the expectations for this role:

Perform a broad range of maintenance tasks including but not limited to disassembly, repair, modification, reassembly, and installation of airframe and powerplant components. Properly handle and log all parts during the repair process. Maintain a neat and orderly work environment and ensure that the facility premises, tools, and equipment are kept clean. Troubleshoot and system repairs.

Aircraft Mechanics will report to the Director of Maintenance. They will, under direction, will assist in carrying out functions of the maintenance department. They must be appropriately certificated, properly trained, and qualified respective of the aircraft to be maintained at their facility.

Minimum requirements:
High School graduate or equivalent Minimum of 2 years actual and recent corporate jet maintenance
Must possess an A&P license.
Computer Maintenance Tracking Experience.
Must meet physical requirements associated with performing general maintenance tasks.
Subject to random drug testing and a background check.
Must hold a valid Driver License
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain all necessary badging
Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays
Must be able to ascend/descend ladders, stairs and work stands unassisted
Must be able to bend, kneel, crawl and stoop frequently in confined spaces
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted
Must be willing to work in an environment that is subject to changing climate conditions and moderate noise levels
Must have excellent communication and people skills
Must be able to exercise good judgment in a Team environment as well as in aircraft maintenance and safety
Must have problem-solving and organizational skills
Must be able to read and understand Company and Manufacturer Manuals
Must be able to perform all maintenance functions un-supervised at any time
Must own and provide a minimum set of hand tools
Must have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
AIRFRAMES SUPPORTED Candidates must have 4-5 years of experience in the mechanical maintenance of Hawkers and Challenger aircraft.

A&P MECHANIC WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Hangar closed environment sometimes AC, most of the time not.
Must work in tightly confined spaces
