Requirements:

MUST BE LICENSED MARRIAGE & FAMILY THERAPIST IN CALIFORNIA (LCSW/LMFT, PSYD)

Role:

Pay: $71,000 base salary for the licensed Marriage & Family Therapist 3 with a bonus structure (a breakdown of bonuses will be reviewed during the initial interview). Bonuses aid in a higher annual salary.

Job Type: Full-time (30 Hours/week) (onboarded as a part time W2 hourly employee while we build clinician's caseload to transition to full-time. Sessions are paid at $50)

Onboarding:

Contracting & Credentialing with insurance for a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist can often take 45-90 days. We anticipate that once insurance paneling has been completed it should take 2-4 weeks to build a caseload; at which time you will become a full time nonexempt salaried employee.
