Description: Assist Sales Manager and Account Mangers in all Sales department functions including but not limited to completing customer cost breakdown forms, maintaining customer contract log, support sales forecasting, marketing activities and processing customer orders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed. - Support customer quotation requests both production and prototype
- Complete necessary customer cost breakdown and tooling forms and manage customer RFQ systems
- Assist in data analysis and creating reports for customers and internal groups
- Maintain customer pricing contract log
- Assist in gathering latest volume information for all customer programs and support USTA's short term and midterm sales forecasting
- Support market data analysis and internal distribution of automotive market trends on a periodic basis
- Run QAD (ERP) reports as and when required by the Sales office staff
- Provide general administrative support for the Sales Office Staff
- Other tasks as directed by management
.Requirements:- Bachelor of Business Administration and/or Engineering degree required
- 1-2 years experience working for an automotive OEM or tier supplier
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail is critical
- Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications with emphasis on Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point
- Ability to travel 10% of the time both domestic and international if required
