Description: Ballantine, Inc. (a division of U.S. Tsubaki Power Transmission, LLC), located in Anoka, MN, is a leading distributor and manufacturer of ground-engaging products for the construction industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed. - Inspect and process inbound shipments, verify count of incoming materials with packing list, rejecting damaged items, recording discrepancies on the packing list
- Prepare product for shipment, utilize shipping software system to track and ship packages
- Manages returned product including: inbound inspections, notifications, processing of credits, moving product to the appropriate location and logging information in access and IQS
- Verifies dates on pre-shippers throughout the day ensuring orders are picked and processed by due date
- Maintains and organizes inventory of shipping materials and supplies
- Operates forklift to move product to proper storage area
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies
- Helps in other departments throughout the warehouse as needed
.Requirements:- Must have a minimum of 2 years warehouse experience in shipping/receiving, inventory management or order fulfillment
- Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of changing situations
- General knowledge in using key Microsoft Office programs Word, Excel, Access
- Experience in using an assortment of shipping software programs
- Some weekend work is required
- Must be able to drive a forklift
