Bay State Community Services (BSCS) is a multi-service agency providing comprehensive Substance Use Disorders, Behavioral Health Services, Restorative Justice, Residential, Community-Based and Public Health Services to children, individuals, families, and our communities. Licensed to provide both Substance Use Disorders and Behavioral Health Services, we offer over 85 programs and a continuum of evidence-based and person-centered services.

BSCS would like to be part of introducing and training you in providing care to new populations and different levels of care, and we would also like to assist you in refining your clinical specialty such as Substance Use Disorders (SUDs), Trauma, Child Development to name just a few specialty areas.

Credentials/ Qualifications

Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling and/or a human service-related field is required; license eligible preferred

Must be pursuing licensure status (LMHC) and attain licensure within 5 years

Bilingual in Spanish is desired.

Valid MA driver's license
