The Master's Level Clinician provides comprehensive clinical services to a wide range of outpatient clients including individuals, groups and families with substance abuse and mental health diagnosis.
What you will be doing to make a difference
Completes all required clinical documentation accurately in agency's electronic medical record system, including but not limited to: diagnostic assessment, action plans, quarterly updates, progress notes, etc. Follows patient and family centered treatment approaches Completes program specific assessment tools Coordinates care if needed Learns, understands and practices CCBHC treatment model Actively and effectively communicates with CCBHC staff members regarding patient care Exhibits professionalism in all job functions, included but not limited to confidentiality, boundaries, respect for other employees. Works with children, adolescents, adults and elders representing varying ethnicities, cultures, and religions; educational level and socioeconomic status is also variable

.Requirements:Credentials/ Qualifications - Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or closely related field required; license eligible (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) preferred
- Must be pursuing licensure status and attain licensure within 5 years
- Able to maintain MA state professional license; completes required Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for renewal
- Must have a driver's license in MA
