We are looking for compassionate and dedicated social workers who would like to make a difference in the lives of youths and families in need behavioral health supports.
What you will be doing to make a difference - Provide outreach services, using a strength-based approach, to support children and adolescents to improve psychosocial functioning, including but not limited to, Social Skills, Communication, Educational Function and Peer Relationships
- Provide youth and family behavior management education and support
- Provide case management services when indicated, linking children and adolescents to community/natural supports/collaboration with child serving systems
- Support child and family in the implementation of a risk management
- Serve as a positive role model following agency guidelines for professional behavior and dress
- Advocate for clients in areas of health, education, vocation, legal and family interactions
- Ensure all clients receive quality service in compliance with all funding sources, agency and licensing standards
- Facilitate client referral, admission process

.Requirements:Credentials/Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Service field and 1 year relevant experience working with families and youth; OR
- Bachelor's degree in non Human Service field and more than 1 year relevant experience working with families and youth; OR
- Associate's degree in Human Service field and 1 year relevant experience working with families and youth, supervised by licensed clinician; OR
- Associate's degree in non Human Service field and more than 1 year relevant experience working with families and youth, supervised by licensed clinician
- Knowledge of and ability to assess human growth and development, principals of Wraparound and Systems theory
- Valid MA driver's license with acceptable driving record and current proof of insurance
- Acceptable CORI and SORI background record check as required by program
