This position is responsible for the training, oversight, and back up of the administrative staff in the front office which includes answering telephones, supporting referrals streams, greeting visitors, ensuring front desk coverage, answering emails, ordering office supplies, and ensuring the overall functioning of the front desk area. In addition, this position may be assigned special projects. What you will be doing to make a difference - Provide direct supervision, support, and training to all administrative front office staff, across multiple locations
- Assist with the maintenance of the client's Electronic Health Record (EHR) including updating, scanning and collaborating with clinicians to make sure file is accurate and up to date
- Manages fiscal responsibilities of the clinic and inventory of office supplies
- Schedule new patient appointments, follow ups and perform reminder calls for appointments
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adheres to the policies and procedures set forth by HIPAA
- Ensure the office is well kept and organized at all times
- Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office and oversee adherence to general office policies and procedures
- Collaborates with other departments and programs including medical, clinical, billing, operations and facilities, serving as primary point of contact for the front office

.Requirements:Credentials/Qualifications
- 2-6 years' relevant experience managing high-performing teams, with at least one year managing customer or patient facing teams
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to excel at details, multi-tasking and working under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills, including professional and pleasant telephone skills
- Excellent computer skills in the use of computer software programs such as MicroSoft Word, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and Excel
